Canso Plant to Explore Sea Cucumber Processing

Built on the site of the former Seafreeze fish plant in Canso, the Louisbourg Seafoods Depot opened officially in February 2011. The facility is anticipated to employ up to 50 people, harvesting a variety of species, with the objective of being in operation up to 10 months of the year.
