| While the traditional species of snow crab, lobster, and groundfish are most important, Louisbourg Seafoods has based its future on diversification. We currently process and sell over 20 species of seafood products that are caught in Atlantic Canada. Through diversification, we are able to offer our customers a wider variety while ensuring our business is not dependent upon one particular seafood stock.
