Louisbourg Seafoods is dedicated to delivering a superior quality seafood product. How can we produce such a high quality product? The answer is control and expertise at all stages of production. We actually harvest the product in our own vessels, the Seven Wonders being one, as shown above. By harvesting the product we process in our plants ourselves, we have total control over the quality of the product - therefore we can ensure that the product has been handled properly: "from the ocean to the palate!"

Louisbourg Seafoods is constantly exploring innovative new ways to catch its seafood.  Because we construct and service our own traps, nets, and other fishing gear, we are able to modify our equipment to produce a higher quality product while reducing our impact on the ocean ecosystem by avoiding by-catch and discard mortality.
